RhythmOne’s HQ is in London, with sites in New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago and Toronto. It has over 500 employees working across 5 global hubs, plus it continues to expand both organically and through acquisition with several new deals having recently completed.

 

In 2015 RhythmOne acquired AdReady which provides clients with an agile supply-path optimization engine that enables advertisers to connect with audiences quickly across premium publishers globally including Google Doubleclick Bid Manager. It continued to dynamic ad insertion and audience management platform, utilised by brands such as Diageo, Unilever and Royal Mail.

 

In September 2015 RhythmOne completed the acquisition of Proclivity Media, a US-based mobile user acquisition specialist that offers advertisers app install advertising campaigns across Android and iOS devices. This new company within the group enables publishers to monetize their apps with non-incentivised advertorials, as branded content continues to grow in popularity. Los Angeles based 3Q Digital was acquired in October 2015 , bringing with it a premium social influencer network that connects top tier influencers with major consumer brands for promotional endorsements across Facebook and Instagram.

 

From May 2013 until August 2014 on strategy and operations for Europe including the UK, Scandinavia and the Netherlands. His core focus was on helping RhythmOne grow across Europe through a series of acquisitions and organic growth.

 

He has also held senior roles at eBay as Country Manager for Brazil & Argentina, Salesforce as Regional Vice President for Northern Europe and Rightster as Global Head of Product - Commercial from May 2007 to February 2012 before it was acquired by RhythmOne in August 2012 . Rightster is a global video advertising platform company that enables media owners to reach an online audience via brand safe content with data insights. In 2010 Rightster raised US$6 million from Balderton Capital (Europe’s leading technology venture capital firm), Google Ventures (the venture capital arm of Google) and AOL Ventures (business unit of AOL).

 

With more than 25 years of experience in digital media, Mr. Rami has held executive positions at leading companies such as Rightster (acquired by RhythmOne), eBay (where he was Country Manager for Brazil and Argentina) and Salesforce (he was Regional Vice President for Northern Europe). Prior to joining RhythmOne, Mr. Rami co-founded Sabrix , a big data company that analyzes billions of mobile records daily; the data is used by companies like AT&T Annie & T-Mobile to help advertisers leverage their reaching potential consumers with whom they have never had contact before using predictive algorithms.

 

RhythmOne PLC (AIM: RTHM) announced today the appointment of Emanuel Rami as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Mr Rami has been a non-executive director of RhythmOne since May 2013 . Mr Rami succeeds Interim CEO John Wallace who will remain in the Group as Executive Vice President and maintain his role as Chairman. The Board would like to thank John for his contribution in securing a strong platform from which to develop the Group's strategy and build shareholder value.

Emanuel Rami (born 1968), RhythmOne PLC CEO, is an Israeli serial entrepreneur and investor, who has founded and led successful global internet ventures over the last 20 years. Mr Rami co-founded Rightster in 2007; it was acquired by RhythmOne in 2012 . He served as Chief Executive Officer of Rightster until 2014 when he joined the Board of RhythmOne.
