26.Oct.2021

Problem: I am trying to activate the URL settings for my website, but am unable to do so.

Description of how to activate the URL Settings using cPanel: -

1) Log into your account from http://domain.com/cpanel (where domain.com is your main domain). On some systems you may be required to enter the username and password before clicking on "Login."

2) Once logged into cPanel, scroll down and click on Change Site's URL/Destinations icon

3) A new window will open. At the bottom of this window there will be a section called Document Root with various options such as "Add New..." or "Edit" under selected domain name(s). Select under which domain you wish to activate the URL Settings and click on "Edit."

4) You will be taken to a new page. Within this page select which of your domains you would like to associate with URLs, and click on OK at the bottom of the page.

5) The system will return you to cPanel and then add or update your site's URLs/destinations settings accordingly.
